All Faculty of Education students are required to allocate themselves to classes for their units for each semester, using the Class Allocation System via QUT Virtual. Unit codes starting with ED, MD, SP, EA, CL are Education codes. Other Faculties may have a different process for allocation so please refer to the relevant Faculty web site for further information.

Before you start to allocate yourself to classes for your unit/s, you should obtain a copy or view the class timetable. View the timetable online or find it in your Personal Profile via QUT Virtual. How do I make a change? If you need to make a change to your tutorial times for units in Education, you will need to complete the Request for a Tutorial Time Change. Who do I send the form to? You can identify which School to send your form to by the first 2 alpha letters in the unit code:
