Reward and Recognition

Reward schemes acknowledge staff effort and achievement in the workplace. Schemes are presently available for professional, academic and senior staff. These schemes provide one-off rewards that normally do not effect staff employment status (for example, appointment level). Schemes presently in operation in the University are described in the following pages.
